Encircled by coral reefs, Antigua's beautiful white sand beaches are famous worldwide.
One of the
world's greatest beach destinations, Antigua has perfect tanning weather and one for
every day of the year, beaches that is. Mix with the glitterati,
for Antigua is home to some of the Caribbean's most exclusive
resorts, but fear not there is plenty for us mere mortals to enjoy
too. Great for water lovers, Antigua has a nearly unbroken wall of
coral reef and plenty of shipwrecks for divers. Antiguans, along
with many of the island's regular visitors, are well known for
their love of sailing, which is evident in the impressive array of
yachts moored around its harbour. Despite being one of the largest
Leeward Islands it's still easy to sail around in a day.
