You can choose from a selection of 'just for you' wedding venues, from the Town Hall Cloisters of St Francis in the coastal town of Sorrento, to The Capulet House, more commonly known as 'Juliet's House' in Verona and made famous in Shakespeare's tale of love and loss, Romeo and Juliet.

An Italian wedding can be perfect for couples wishing to tie the knot closer to home, yet still wanting to be whisked away to a romantic destination to celebrate their union. For families with members who may have difficulties travelling long distances, Italy is an ideal choice. The weather is normally warm and sunny and flights take no more than three hours from most UK airports. A honeymoon spent wandering the streets of Rome, Naples or Florence, taking a tour of Venice or exploring the vineyards of this spectacular country will be the icing on the wedding cake for those fortunate enough to exchange their vows in Italy.

Legal-ease Depending on the region of Italy you choose to marry in, we recommend that you arrive between four and seven days prior to the wedding date, so that legal arrangements can be accommodated. Civil weddings in Italy may only be performed in a register office but most town halls are located in historical buildings and offer a beautiful setting for a very special wedding. The ceremony lasts approximately 30 minutes and is conducted in Italian. An interpreter will be needed throughout the ceremony and the declaration.

On rare occasions the town hall fees can change without warning, even after booking and this is beyond our control. If any such change does occur, we will advise you of any additional charges at the earliest opportunity.
