Day 1 - Montréal: collect your Alamo hire car before driving to hotel Delta
Centre-Ville ◊◊◊◊ for one night.
Day 2 - Montréal/Québec City: spend the morning exploring Montréal before driving on to
Québec City for your stay at the Delta Québec◊◊◊◊ for two nights.
Day 3 - Québec City: spend the day discovering North America's only walled city. A
harbour cruise is included today.
Day 4 - Québec/Ile-Aux-Coudres: stop at the spectacular Montmorency Falls, the beautiful
d'Orléans and the shrine at Ste. Anne-de-Beaupré before you traverse the beautiful mountainous
area of the Charlevoix Region. Travel for a short distance by ferry across the mighty St
Lawrence River (book and payable locally) to the tree-shrouded Ile-aux-Coudres. Overnight at
the Hotel Cap-aux-Pierres◊◊◊.
Day 5 - Ile-aux-Coudres/Saguénay Region: on your way to Chicoutimi in the scenic
Lac-St-Jean region, we suggest a stop in Tadoussac, a UNESCO Heritage Site at the confluence of
the Saguénay Fjord and the St Lawrence River. As you continue inland along the shores of the
Saguénay, take a stroll at the Sainte-Rose-du-Nord on one of the lovely trails. Overnight at
the Hotellerie Cépal Villégiature◊◊◊.
Day 6 - Saguénay Region/Saint Alexis-des-Monts: drive through wild nature and dense
terrain to Saint Alexis-des-Monts for two nights at the Sacacomie Lodge◊◊◊◊.
Day 7 - Saint Alexis-des-Monts: a wide range of activities including forest walks,
mountain biking, boating and windsurfing are available.
Day 8 - Saint Alexis-des-Monts/Montréal: return to Montréal Airport for your flight
home.
